Prior to booking a Final Inspection:
Footings, backfill, plumbing rough-in, HVAC rough-in (or HVAC report for Building Permits issued prior to July 1, 2005) inspections MUST BE PASSED BEFORE framing inspection is booked. TOP OF WALL and OLS must be received before framing inspection will be booked.
